Poor workmanship and service delivery - SHOCKING AND REPULSIVE!

I have been a client of Cartrack from the year 2019. In January 2025, I called Cartrack to request for a downgrade of the package I was using, one of reasons being the extras attached to my package was a service I had never used and rendered it pointless to be paying for such. On the day in which the designated technician was assigned to my vehicle, this is where things went drastically wrong. Before any work was done on the vehicle, we tested the vehicle and signed relevant paperwork to confirmed that mechanically and otherwise the car was in good condition. It took Cartrack approximately 8 hours to find the device which was apparently placed in an awkward position by the other Cartrack technicians, make fitment of the new device in my car, and attempt fixing the sound of the vehicle. As it relates to the junior technician, he was struggling to find the previous installation that he called a senior technician to come and assist. When done with fitment on the day, we tested the car in general including the sound of the car, which was not as it was before they touched the car. At 6pm, I let the technician go because the sound was not back to the state that it was initially. To cut the story short, I called the Senior Technician who said would sort out the car sound, and yes he notified us that he was sick but afterwards did not follow through with the sound/wiring issue. Save to say, the car wiring continued to drain the car battery and Cartrack had the nerve to tell me about my wrong wiring and my point was and still is that, return my car back to the position it was in. The sound is still far worse off than before. When you switch off the radio, it sounds as if the sound of is still on which details some serious distortion in the vehicle. If Cartracker claims to be both the tracker and wiring sound system why is the sound of the car in this manner. To date, Cartrack keeps sending technician after technician and forgetting dates to come "check" the vehicle. I finally refused because who wants a car that is always opened when my car is well taken care of, and there is no change to the car sound, and they keep shifting the blame on me. There is no accountability, there is no solution to how they will solve the problem that they caused. I kept being told I need by various technicians that came on site to assess the vehicle that I need to get RC cables, get a new amplifier, the speakers on the passenger seat are now not working. To date panels on the side of the vehicle have not been put back properly (they are loose). Should I now waste our hard earned money on an issue that was not an issue. I have requested to speak to the manager, he has ignored me. No one at the call centre knows his direct cellphone number. Please I don't want a fourth technician to open my car and tell me a million "issues" about my wiring which never existed. I want this resolved, failing which, I will explore other legal options. It feels like Cartrack thinks they are doing me a favour by giving me all these diagnoses, an issue that they created. This cannot be how I am treated. I have sent Cartrack pictures and videos, namely the technicians that worked on the vehicle. I have given you a reasonable opportunity to see how you can resolve this. I have exhausted all internal remedies. There is clearly a poor workmanship and service on the part of Cartracker, and lack of accountability which is regrettable.
