Poor tracking device

Poor tracking device. Their system is poor, it updates the data after 3 hours. Clearly there is no joy in tracking my car anytime I want. 2nd problem on the other car: I cant track my car at all. No data found on the car. I called to raise my concern couple months back, they said they will send a technician to come and have a look into the device. No one showed up even today. Last week someone called me to check on my devices, I told her my challenges again that I'm not happy with their product. She said she will escalate it and send a technician, I'm still waiting even today. I wont advice anymore to use cartrack. I cant wait for my contract to end and go back to TRACKER company
