Poor tracking company

Cartrack is useless. I have been sending correspondence about their useless tracking app. They are always contacting you about new features which you have to pay for. Eg.. the carwatch.. i cannot activate it because the app does not update!!! Im sick of this now. Getting hold of cartrack is a nightmare. Now i have to join a policy that costs almost 100 so if cartrack calls me to verify im okay.. i was under the impressions its part of their "great" service.. if u dont join the policy you have to pay them for that security call.. no man!! Fix the cartrack app so i can use the carwatch pls
