Poor support and customer consideration

I'm having a serious problem with cartrack... They always try to debit money even during the month... And they cause my account to get charged for unpaid debit orders... I called and they tell me ish i don't understand.... And say they will keep debiting until month end... The charges I get for unpaid are more than the installment it self... This is not good... They don't even call to make arrangements... So poor service I even asked for a tech to come check my unit since last year but nothing...

I've been calling for a technician to check my unit but nothing.... The reason is because I always get false alert... My car shows its still at home while I'm at office... I've been with them for years and now I'm starting to experience all the problems that people were always complaining about.... And I've been say Mina I'm fine with them.... But now I'm seeing flames... This is not good...

And it hurts...
