poor services

Cartrack is very useless. I have installed two devices with them and I regret doing that. my bike was involved in an accident they never called me. I went to the scene and after 4 hours I called them, to verify the location they could not tell me the location it's now a week they can't confirm the location. very useless service. when you call they keep you on hold forever. if you want to join them don't bother yourself
