Poor services,

Car Track website never seems to be working. im never able to locate my cars on their website. website always has technical issues. you always have to call them for. very inconvinient!!! i ask them to call me back, they also cant do that for some reason. i am trying to cancel my contract and im told i have to pay penalties. if anyone can assist me in cancelling this contract id really appreciate it.
