Poor service YOH

I wish I could say the same, I've been waiting for technicians to call me to schedule for an appointment for re installation. I called them several times and they always say will come on a certain day but they never came. They don't forget to debit money from my account every month. It's frustrating because they won't allow me to cancel this contract.
