Poor service yet again
Please can you as the escalations team assist. I am not getting feedback regarding my tyres I ordered!!!! We are going for the second week now!!!
So after paying for the tyres, I was told the ETA is 3 days and I am still waiting, 7 days later!!!! I am getting issues drom JMPD where I could of bought tyres in a shop last week before last and would've been sorted but no i thought let me go with my tracking company. Thought it would be sweet,short and pain free and look now!!!!!!
Also, my unit once again has been showing that my vehicle is standing at home when I am at work, God forbid my vehicle gets ****** what happens!!!
Endless issues with cartrack!!!!!

08 Apr 2025, 06:38What makes it worse now is that we woke up to a flat tyre , i already have my spare wheel on the one side, my wife left now as I had to borrow another wheel and now I cant track her cause the app shows that she is still at home!!!!!

08 Apr 2025, 22:18Fisrt time ever that I hear that I must pay for a service on a monthly basis for something that is not working as it should and you telling me that I must pay an additional fee to fix YOUR UNIT WHICH IS NOT DOING WHAT ITS SUPPOSED TO!!!
