Poor service! Will never recommend Cartrack to anyone

Poor service! Will never recommend Cartrack to anyone. I had to pay R600 for reinstallation of the tracker from my old vehicle to the new vehicle. A consultent phoned me, i agreed to the R600 plus R149 monthly installment to be deducted as one installment. At my surprise debit orders went of in the amount of R149, R759 and R600!!! When i phoned to ask for the refund i was informed that i had to wait 21 DAYS before the overpaid amounts will be refunded. Luckily my bank assisted me with the reversal of two of the stop orders that went off incorrectly. Since day 1 i had problems with Cartrack. And even though i paid for the reinstallation and my monthly fee i still do not have the tracker in my new vehicle!!!
