poor service - unreliable

Extremally unreliable, My last truck has been over a year that the tracker was installed and never worked, after many calls, e-mail, appointment i gave up on trying to get the device fixed - now i am just paying to end the contract so i can cancel it.

I tried also to cancel as Car track is in breach of contract and i didn't succeed.

Chose another company - Ctrack has been much better so far.
