Poor service, incorrect billing

Poor service, one of the consultants called me on the 3 of February, asking me if I know how to use the emergency button and I said no I have gone through the app to fami****ise myself with it. The lady confirmed my my reg number since I had a temporary registration by then only to find she’s adding a new subscription on my account. Then later I was debit led R79,45 which bounced back. I called to cancel whatever service. I believe she was just pushing the target with me.

Okay now um called daily, disturbed in my meetings, work schedules because of the R79,45 and I refuse to pay for it. I regret joining car tracker. I wish I went for other companies with agents that are clear, transparent and not receiving irritating calls. Worse part I pay my agreed premiums for what I picked for. They also have rude agents on WhatsApp and when I asked what is the R79,45 just said for arrears, you will be blacklisted, no explanation.

To say um fed with car tracker, it will be an understatement. I am so angry 😡 I received the voice recording from the agent who assisted me. During the call I received from your agent on 3 February 2026, the conversation began with the agent asking whether I knew about the emergency button. I explained that I was not fami**** with it and had never used the feature before.

The agent then proceeded to confirm my vehicle details, including my number plate, contact information, work number, email address, and next of kin details. At no point during this call was it explained that a paid Roadside Assistance service would be added to my account, nor was any pricing disclosed.
Toward the end of the call, the agent asked me to agree to the terms and conditions without first explaining the service, the cost, or that a subscription would be activated. My understanding at the time was that I was simply confirming or updating my personal and vehicle information.

Worse part initially I was told the R79,45 is for car fitment, then I’m told is for road assist, I’m receiving calls every now and then. You disturb me from my work. I called today at 09:56 the agent told me the invoice was removed. What more do you want of me? What more frustrating do you want to cause? I’m angry 😡 being honest.
