Poor service from cartracker Don't subscribe

I requested cartracker to remove the device for the vehicle which I was subscribe with me and to install to the new vehicle and they delayed for more than a month until the car was sold out to people that i couldn't trace anymore but funny cartracker still bill me for the service which they did not provide
