Poor Service from Cartrack

Cartrack it's the worst tracking Company ever. My son was hijacked in April. Held for over 3 hours hostage. When I called Cartrack to ask the whereabouts of my vehicle. They had system problems and never called me back. My question still date when they tempered with the device how come Cartrack did not pick it up or was it even working till date they have not made contact with me to tell me if they have recovered device or car. Another thing I have learned after been hijacked the disclaimer of 150k if they can't recover your vehicle they will pay set amount has a warranty that was not explained on contracting.
