Poor service from Cartrack accounts department.

Cartrack control room great. As for there accounts department. That is a clown show. After trying for nearly 2 months to get the account manager to call me and STILL WAITING even after responding to emails and when there useless constantans call and one asks to speak to the manager it is always an excuse. They will not acknowledge receipt of mail when you ask them. The team leaders lie to you. Never speak to a team leader by the name of Lorenzo he lies and never calls you back when he promises he will. Still waiting for his call as well. Poor performance by there staff and they all should be fired. If Cartrack wants there payment from me then I want a call from senior management or the non existing accounts Manager. I have the proof of all the emails and they have all there calls logged or is that another lie on there side.
