Poor service from car track
I have been calling them since the 18/11/2024 to remove and reinstall their tracking system and up to today it has not been done after numerous calls and fighting the tracking unit was removed from the old vehicle last week and upto date no calls for the refitting I have called numerous times but still no call from carctrack can some one advise who can speak to that is higher than the call center as wish to cancel and get another tracking company they even already debited my account for the removal and re installation
