Poor Service Feom Cartrack

Very poor service waiting two weeks for cartrack to come out and repair the tracker that is not working!!!!! I am paying for something that does not work... Cartrack is useless this is the third time the tracker is not working you people need to cancel this contract and come take out the tracker I am very unhappy with you'll!!!! Will never recommend anyone to Cartrac****! You people didn't even pick up that the tracker was not working until I called in and logged a call!!!!
