Poor Service

Very Poor customer Service. I arranged for my Device to be removed from my vehicle. The vehicle has been sold to someone else and it was arranged to do a De/Re installation. An appointment was scheduled for 10 am. After a hour and a half no technician arrived to do the removal of my device. According to someone he was in traffic on his way where he stated his ETA was 15 Minutes. After 45 Minutes no technician arrived. The level of service is POOR!! I Need a manager to contact me ASAP!
