Poor service

Very disappointed in Cartrack, My husband's car broke down on his way back from work, It leaked some water and he was stuck in the middle of the road, thereafter he contacted Cartrack for assistance for the first time as he has been paying for many years for the road service. He was told they will send help for a car to come tow his that was 2 days ago until today nothing from cartrack yet he is so committed to paying for the services. so It's just about chowing people's money and no deliverance. very very disappointed!!!!!
