Poor service

I'm also with cartrack, however a very dissatisfied customer, I'm paying for a service I don't even have, my vehicle was written off and they haven't installed a tracker on my new vehicle it's been over 3 weeks waiting for them to even call me to set up a installation date, I've been calling and getting the run around or being transferred from one department to another. They are a tracking company however they I asked me to find out from my insurance where the written off vehicle is.
