Poor service ever

This company lost out on my business. King price refered me to them to get a device fitted in my car. I had to call them everyday for 5 days to get someone to come and fit my device. They refer me to different people everytime and no one is willing to assist or close the sale. So I decided I dont want the device fitted anymore because if i'm not getting joy now image what will happen if my car gets ******.
