POOR SERVICE!
Poor customer service, all they know is taking debit orders but services are poor. Been quering with them about the same issue for over a month now and they keep telling me they will call me back but nothing happens. I would never recommend it to someone. They offer nothing but a ****ty service. Yesterday I spoke to their agent who said he will call after 30 minutes as they are investigating, till today nothing i heard from them. I'm having probpems with their unit and they took my money. Only if they can refund me all my premiums I'm take my business elsewhere. An organization that will value me as a member not this.
