Poor service delivery

They were unable to pin locate my car, causing me and my wife to roam the streets in an area we do not know. Our lives were in danger.

There exact words: We therefore disagree with the client’s statements nor do we believe there was any negligence. It is further important to note that we do make it clear to clients that unfortunately we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all data at all times due to factors beyond our control such as the GSM network.
