Poor Service Delivery and **** by Cartrack

Cartrack lately seems to pride itself with low level and poor service delivery. They debited me twice in one week and when I make contact no one seems to be willing to help or clarify their mistakes. I went in all forms of communication and to no avail. This is beyond devasting. I am lost of words. I want my refund back and they must cover the debit order fees for the inconvenience caused. The one star I gave them; they don’t deserve it.
