Poor Service Delivery

I have been having problems with this company , they installed a unit that is not working on my car. After three weeks of installation i pressed their panic button and there was not response . I tried communicating with them and was unsuccessful. I reversed my premiums because i can't and won't pay for a product that is not working . Right now they want to blacklist me because i reversed all the premiums. But they don't wanna fix my problem , i think this company is *****ing customers money and somebody must put this to an end . The consultants who were busy with my case they don't call me back to do a follow up, i tried calling them back requesting the consultant by the name of Nokuzola Tshabalala and Nompumelelo Twala but nobody called me back and its been two weeks now .
