Poor service delivery
Worst experience with any company providing a service I have ever received. The only time I received good service was when I signed up. Since then I have been let down time and time again. Even after calling them numerous times and complaining, my requests and complaints have been ignored. No following up or escalation to management. Extremely disappointed.
