Poor Service Delivery

I have been paying for a service which I am not receiving. I bought a car in February and have been given the runaround when the tracker needs to be installed TO DATE. I was given a contact by the name of Eugene who keeps making empty promises and giving false dates on when "Tec"will come install the tracker and this is distasteful, disrespectful and unacceptable!
