Poor service
If you want a tracking company I warn you not to go for cartrack. I requested an upgrade of the device on my car, they debited the installation fee on 23 December 2024. They scheduled the installation for 31 December. Since then they have been rescheduling. It was supposed to be done today, as per usual they called to reschedule again. Really disappointed with such poor, poor service. And today they will debit for nothing. What am I paying for?
