Poor service Cartracker

To whom it may concern it is with a heavy heart that I write to you ( Catracker). I have been a loyal client for over two years and I have expected a professional service from you which I did'nt. On the 30/08/2019 I was highjacked, kidnapped and ****** of my personal belongings. I was taken along in my vehicle by the highjackers who putted me in the back seat, which gave me an opportunity to press and activate the Panic button, but to no avail responce from you company. I presses it several times until this pepetrators noticed that something was fishy. Sadly I was taken to the dark bushes where i was repeatedly ****d with a gun pointed to my head. I felt my worlsdt falling apart, my young kids and husband leaving them behind. This whole ordeal has left me with permanent trauma where I had to be admitted for two weeks of emotional and trauma counselling in Vista Centurion. I fill failed by your service Cartracker if your panic button worked all of my sufferring could have been prevented Worst of all is that thou car tracker was being called and got informed of the crime scene where the car was recovered neither did I recieve a case logged or acknowledging correspondance alerting me that matter was considered. Your service or lack of it say a lot about the care Pun intended you have for your clients. I hold you responsible for my horrow experienced as I totally fill that you failed me in all sorts of reasoning capacity that as a Cartracker you may find to justify your lack a good rappor with your clients. my question to you is how many people outhere do have panic buttons and propably they are not aware their installed panic buttons might not working and yet they pay for these services on monthly basis.
