Poor Service Cartrack!!!

Very, very disappointed. It started out well with the device working well and debits going off. When my contract matured, I was not informed, instead the month to month fee was collected, I kept quiet. Now when I request my contract I am given the run around, when I request for cancellation I am sent from pillar to post. Their team leaders are *********** and their staff is plain rude and inefficient, Petrus/Petros Team Leader transferred my call without even saying, the goes for Kaitlynn/Katelyn, same goes for many others. Poor client service and to make matters worse, they have no complaints department, how convenient is that for them..
