Poor service Cartrack- bunch of *******

The most pathetic bunch I've come accross for some time. They dont know what they are doing and all they want is your debit order. I called to cancell my policy in Feb and was told a cancellation from would be emailed which I'm still waiting for. Since then I have had 100 calls with no outcome, debit orders continue even after I instructed my banker to stop them. The staff is really not of the callibur to do the task they do. I would love to have access to all my recorded call, some of which I agree did not end well on my side. I wouldnt even give them 1 star.
