Poor service Cartrack

I was disappointed to have been left stranded in Randburg on Friday the 27th of February 2026 for more than 5 hours waiting for towing assistance. I called their useless call centre every hour being told the same story and no one had empathy or sympathy on every single call, no agent even volunteered to check up on me, some even transferred my calls without warning. Cartrack showed me a circus show on Friday and unfortunately the very next day, they debited their money without a delay. I really cannot wait for my contract to end so i can leave this circus show of a company. And the service providers they are using, are not professional at all. Poor service, even the 1 star they received today, they dont deserve it. 0 Star to you cartrack. I am very hurt and disappointed.
