Poor service cartrack

Poor service. Tracker was installed in my car then I downloaded mobile app as they said to me. The app was download successful I logged in but the app did not show any results of my car . On the app the is option for company to call me back if am struggling, I send request via the app no 1 called me I called the company they told me the track is not activated y I don't know . I called again they said they will call me . 1 lady call me today while I was busy , I asked 2 call me in 20m time she said she won't call me back because the is other customers that she need 2 call. What is the reason for me to have something in my car that is not working. ???
