Poor Service

If there was a 0 i would have rated Cartrack 0!!!!! I work for a call centre and the service that I am receiving on a recorded call and not holding to their promises are pathetic, i have been phoning from Friday, finally getting through to someone on Saturday to remove the tracking device from my old vehicle onto another vehicle and up to today no one has called me to schedule to removal and install on another vehicle!!! Today i received 2 calls from the Cartrack accounts department asking me when can they expect payment. WOW im so shocked that 2 different people can phone me for money but till date the device have not been removed or reinstalled. I keep being transferred to their scheduling department, hold on for 10 minutes and then the call drops!!! The old vehicle is being sold and i would not have any control over where the car will be when Cartrack finally decide to move the device!!! And they informed me if i do not know where the car is they will are me more, well do not expect me to pay additional fees for not knowing because i have informed you guys on a recorded line when the car will be where and you have not assisted me. This just makes me wonder how poor your service actually is if the car will get hijacked!!!!!
