Poor service

Once again we scheduled an appointment for 15:00 on the 24/04/2026, but the technician never showed up or called me, then at 15:37 an agent called me to find out if the technician called me and said that they would get back to me and they never did, so this is now 2 weeks later and they still have not fitted my dash camera, even after I literally begged them to assisst me, their service is incredibly poor and I am truly dissapointed, all I wanted was to put in my dash camera, which I will already pay for in the coming month, which is not even installed all I want is for them to stick to the arrangements they told me they would, because I begged them, was contacted after my first review to make arrangements, but still nothing, if I could give 0 stars I would
