Poor service

Cartrack provide the most pathetic service . My car was written of. I had to keep on following up to get the device removed . Now it is a struggle to get it installed into my new car. In the meantime they are quick to take the money for the removal and new installation. No updates , no communications. They placing the insurance of my car at risk. And then if I want to cancel due to their poor service I will get charged for a penalty . I will not advice their product .
