Poor service by cartrack

I called cartrack on the 27th of October 2022 to test my tracking device. I spoke to a lady by the name of Marcia, when i asked her for the location of my car, she said that it's krugersdorp and I was driving past lenasia at that point. When I questioned the lady about the incorrect location she said that there's delayed response from the device and I should check if there's no loadshedding where I am because loadahedding affects the signal. How pathetic!! I then requested to speak to her superior she said she will take my number and they will call me back till now i haven't received any call from them. I'm extremely disappointed and annoyed with their service
