Poor service!!!!!

I've requested for de-installation & Re-installation since January, I've been calling on daily basis without any assistance, the agents keep me holding on the phone for about 30 minutes and they dont come back to me without a resolution ,I'm always **** to that they will call me back,no one does! I've paid 870 already but I'm not getting any service and I'm driving a car that doesn't have a tracker! I really cant wait for the contract to end,your guys service is pathetic ,its so frustrating that no one even calls to notify you if there's any delays or something! If I had settlement money I would do it asap!
