poor service

i will never recommend cartack to anyone. 1 mnth before i was hijacked i called them wanting to upgrade there device as i was paying 175rand i was told im on the best plan as it was discounted because my car was inserted while car was new. on july 2024 at 9am when i was hijacked after 30 mins their device stopped connecting to the control. no one called when i was released at 13h00 when i call report means to me my car jumped more than 15km and no one noted that. even to dated they did not find the car even their device. to show i was failed by cartrack, i had a battery problem when it was disconnected they didnt call to check if im ok or whats happening. when i visited the office i was told because the car was in vw it was safe they did not need to check on my. so they make assumption.
