POOR SERVICE at Cartrack

I phoned Cartrack call centre to have my unit transfer to another vehicle. The male person who answered the phone was very rude. When I asked to speak to a manager, he put me threw to the switchboard. They put me back to that department. When I ask the next person to speak to a manager, I got transfer again to the switchboard. After 3 transfers, the specific department did not answer their phones. It is impossible to speak to a manager if you have a problem. Their service is VERY POOR
