Poor service and they cannot carry their own word

<p>I started with cartrack with my Jetta 5 in 2010. until my second car in 2016 when it was written off. I called cartrack in March 2016 to report to them that my car has been written off and is there a way of transferring my old element to my new car and the lady first which I spoke to tell me of 800, I did not have a problem of paying that but I asked to pay it with my installments until its finished because I did not have R800 for spare. She promised to come back to me but never did that and they continued to deduct on my account. As a results I went to ABSA to stop that payment as they have not came back to be with my request and there was another second gentlement who called me because they can see that I am recalling my debit orders and I told him the story and he promised to come back to me and never did so. They kept on changing their reference in order to deduct (theft) and I kept on reversing those changing amounts. Only torwards the end of last year I was called by their lawyers to demand more than R3000 for unpaid amount and I told them that I am not going to pay until cartrack come with an answer to my initial request. I am not happy with them and these people are interested in their pockets more than making our cars safe. they never called me to ask if i have changed the address as there car was not longer in their radience because it was written off. I hate this company who want to tint my name because they can pay lawyers.</p>
