Poor Service and No responsibility for their Incompetence
Very disappointed with cartrack , i have requested a cancellation last year and they never Processed it now they need me to pay the balance accumulated from the tie i requested cancellation , Their happy button contractors carry water fuel but the always deduct money Now they are threatening to blacklist me whilst i have informed them with my relocation to Limpopo from JHB due to Covid , they just want to continue bulling me with the payments , please help me with these ********

21 Jan 2021, 11:34Thank you, please note the cancellation was requested telephonically and i was told the Form will be sent back to me so i can complete but that never happened , when you guys were calling me to pay my balance i always asked about the cancellation but this was avoided or not paid attention to , my balance is now R 2046 which i cannot afford to pay now but need to cancel can i rather pay R 1700 and terminate the Contract ?
