POOR SERVICE AND NO INSTALLATION FOR 3 MONTHS

Cartrack is a useless company, l have waited for 3 months to get a tracker installed. So many appointments that there technicians don't pitch. They have been debiting my account for a service not provided. Tried to cancel the contract a month ago, We completed the forms and email them to Thulisile Rampeba on *** on 9 June. Till today nothing done she told me she gave the forms to Yvett Makoti and l must speak with her. There is no Yvett Makoti at cartrack she can't be found. I am very disappointed with such pathetic service. Lebokang who workers in scheduling department also is full of lies. I am tired of waiting and no one pitch. My account with car track is MCDO00128- no installation for 3 months its all on there record.I would like to warn people to never use this useless company.
