Poor service and negligence

Poor service and negligence Cartrack moved my tracking unit that was working fine from the car I sold to my new car and I paid R800 for that transfer but the unit is not working in the new car now they want me to pay again for technician to come and check it, the same technicians who damaged it. That's insane. Terrible service
