Poor service and *****

I was once called to take up a roadside assistance cover with car track and I specifically asked what is going to happen coz my car does not have a spare wheel. I was told no its fine the cover will still help me, Today I was stuck took me 2 hours to get hold of cartrack after 2 hours of waiting I had to inbox them on Facebook that's when I got a call back that's in 3 hours mind you. only to be told that they cannot assist me I am not considering cancelling the car track service as well and I have lost trust firstly from the manner in which my query was handled and the response I got I was actually sold something I really didn't need if only I knew this was not going to take it instead take it with different provider.
