Poor service and faulty devices

Poor service received from Cartrack. Apparently they have a system where they check if there is money into your account then they can just debit your account without your consent so the debit check mandate is useless.Their devices are faulty sometimes if you call them to trace your car they will give you a false information, I bought a new car so instead of removing the devices from the previous car that was damaged as per requested and install it on my new car they said they cannot trace or locate the previous car so instead they installed a new device and I had to pay a fee for new installation .They are unrealible I wouldn't recommend their services to anyone.
