Poor Service and Failed Tracker Installation – Cartrack

I am very disappointed with Cartrack’s service. A technician was scheduled to install a tracker on my vehicle on Monday, but did not show up and there was no communication at all. I rescheduled for Wednesday and the same thing happened again.

I have called several times to try and get a new installation date, but I am repeatedly told to wait for a call back that never comes. To date, I still do not have a confirmed installation date.

This lack of communication and failure to honour appointments is unacceptable and highly unprofessional.
