Poor service and customer service

Car track is the worst , bought my car around October last year, guy came to install the tracker . Only to find out that it is faulty, I've been chasing them from November until date . What they are doing is to reschedule and cancel on the day that they're supposed to come do the work. This is frustrating and very bad service . I honestly do not see what I'm paying for, they keep on debiting and I'm not even using their services. They don't even inform you when they can . Poor service. I wouldn't recommend
