Poor service

Last year October I phoned cartrack to see if they could pick up where my vehicle was. They could not and told me the unit was faulty they were going to send a technician from Durban. They never did. I then decided not to pay them anymore. They only call me to ask for the money not to fix the unit. Now they sent me a letter of demand. I really don't know what I should pay for
