POOR SERVICE

I cannot believe the poor service I've received from Cartrack ...I've been waiting for a technician to call me to schedule an appointment for deinstallation and reinstallation, they've debited my account, money is on their side but I'm not getting the service. I have to call them EVERYDAY to try and get assistance from the scheduling department, it's frustrating because they won't even allow me to cancel this contract. Their agents are so rude, especially from the cancelation department. Recoveries by Cartrack
