Poor service

Can't pull any logs been a issue for months, not weeks months. I have never had these issues with previous providers. When I call the customer care I get bounced around for 30 minutes before being told I need to call them to pull the reports for me. Good luck talking to a senior person as they are "always busy" I am supposed to have the highest package with Cartrack yet I can't pull my own log books which I need. Customer un helpful. Support nonexistent. 1 out 10 would not recommend. Moving asap to diffrent provider.
